Here Mara demonstrates a rare technique for eating Fondue.  Basically you pour the chocolate fondue into a bowl and throw it back while the locals and waiters all mutter under their breath.  In her defense, Mara was correct in that it was very, very good chocolate.  Mara is a phd student in Santa Cruz studying all types of things that are going to make the environment and world a better place.  I believe she had a course or two on Fondue etiquette as well.
