After arriving in Puerto Montt, we took a ferry to a large island called Chiloe.  The main town on Chiloe was Castro.

None of that shrink wrapped packaged meat in Castro...  Here is one of the local butchers of Castro.  Basically there is a whole cow in this picture in pieces.  (can you find the head?)  As we sneaked pictures, the butcher cut steaks with his big bandsaw.  sweet.
