A proper british lunch

When we arrived in Pucon, a very high brow resort town in Chile, we met a large group at our hostel that were making an easter dinner.  Nick, the head chef, called it a british brunch.  At first that scared me because I have been to the UK and eaten the food there, but it ended up to be lamb and potatoes, and it was absolutely excellent.  I was in charge of easter eggs.
